Fire Island Catch 'N Cook was established in 2022 by KJ Kennedy to teach, learn and enjoy the zeal of fishing, hunting and cooking from the south shore of Long Island, New York.

FICC creates instructional video content showing how to prepare and cook fresh, self-caught & hunted meals. From procuring protein to farming vegetables/herbs, we take pride in preparing delicious meals in a simple and palatable fashion, whether for a beginner or experienced angler, hunter or cook.

KJ was born and raised on Long Island's South Shore and is passionate about providing locally harvested food that brings together friends & family. You can usually find him cruising the shores of Fire Island in his Parker pilot house or relaxing over a few beers with his wife, friends and dog, Jack.
